Only case (as of page 12) is that poor deer girl on page 10 being used as sacrifice by the bad guys, 90% off-screen, on a flasback of how the heroic senpai rescued the MC years ago. That's not enough to scare viewers, but does indeed require the tag.

@l4chuga they need a lot of changes to the tagging system honestly. male familial tags are restricted to homosexual incest, still no trans tag, the insistence on using anglicized japanese terms instead of regular english ones like anyone who isnt a terminal porn addict will know that netorare means cuckolding, other tags are unnecessarily narrow in their definition like futa, dickgirl, and shemale could all be the same tag, while even more are too broad like snuff covering everyrhing from vore to decapitation to hanging with no sub tags to differentiate. ect ect

While the tagging system does need changes, I would like to disagree with you on what the changes should be.
First: no this site don't need "regular english" terms for tags. It's called ехHENTAI, not exPORN, after all.
Second: no, futanari, shemale and dickgirl should not be united in one tag. Not all people who like futanari enjoy seeing shemale hentai. Pussy is important, dude.
Third: in fact tags need to be more detailed, not less. "Snuff" and "murder" should be separate, there should be "soft" versions of some tags ("soft yandere", for example), and subtags should be more specific as well.

I'm under the impression that the reason of all the "this 'girl' has a dick" tags being united is a matter of easy reference for the people who does NOT want to see a surprise penis, no matter the details. This is e-hentai, not e-/d/ after all :-) and without kink-shaming people who want those surprise penises, the ones who don't (who are also NOT to be kink-shamed for that) are kind of a majority - which justifies the tag system to be based around them. That being, in fact, one of the reason every fetish tag is called a FETISH tag.
Much like all monstergirl tags are together despite mermaid lovers usuall not being into insect girls, for example. I may get bothered by that, but I understand why they are together in the tagging system.

That said, you're right on the snuf and murder tags. It's not the same a war story where one or two random background NPCs are shown laying face down in a panel, than a story where the MC is pursued by a killer and murdered in front of the reader's eyes. These sub-tags should at least exist, for the same reason they exist to begin with.
