no, the ending information is wrong. to clarify:
if you get 1 or more girls pregnant they will first deliver some pregnancy-belly sequences. you can have them abort the children.
if you don't then it doesn't matter how many there are, you will get thrown before a train.
the knifing happens if you haven't completely broken the older sister yet (but mother and little one i think) and have her ride on you. she will then take out the knife and gut you.

also, there is no good end. it just runs endlessly.

Rapelay has a horrible beginning for me with the brutal rapes of the three. Going through the training was OK, though it got a bit better as they became more trained.

Where Rapelay got H-O-T was after all three were trained, willing sex partners, Then, it was "consensual" sex (considering they had to be broken for it) with a hot loli, her hot high school aged "oneechan," and their hot mother. The 3-some sex was always pretty hot since it was incestuous to boot, though disappointing in that the positions for BJ's or sex for different pairings always had the girls in the same spot. I would have liked to have been able to switch the girls positions. The 4-way sex was a little more disappointing because there were even fewer options on positions/styles.
