Update March 13 2012: Thanks to Cheese Ninja I've been made aware of a 'proper' way to rip PDFs. However, this results in a total filesize of 274MB for the JPGs of this book, the same size as the PDF. Reducing them to 50% resolution to relieve some of this insanity results in the gallery you see here within 5 pixels per dimension. As such I will not be re-uploading this gallery a third time since it's already at what I would consider an 'optimum' state. I don't think anyone wants 274 MB for a 48-page doujin, especially when they've likely already downloaded this one.

Awesome. I was hoping someone would get the sequels and post them. Also, what does the name translate to exactly?

Darkman9000: The title translates to "Tessa's Enema Diary 2: Even More of the Enema Captain's Daily Life." I find it interesting that they used "Sentaichou" for "captain" rather than the usual term... considering that "enema" and "captain" normally are puns. Ah well.
