This is from the site posernyan. The artist has been doing this type of art for several years so far as I know.

Ultramen fetish is probably the closest thing to describing this sort of theme, though it's a bit of a misnomer since most of it features ultrawomen. There's a small circle that centers around the original artist Candy that's been making this sort of art pre 2004 with his original ultrawoman series. The series is up for sale if you want to know.

He's no longer as central to this small group as he once was, in my opinion posernyan, bartista, niidanrgp, and willowisp leading the way, though even some of these have dropped off the radar.

As you can probably tell from some of the shots, these works mimic the monsters and battles that the original ultraman series had. If you watched that show, you will probably recognize some of these monsters. This sort of art style also features a good deal of gore, beginning from it's inception with Candy and his Ultrawoman series.
