Looking at the bottom of page 35 you can see one of the early volumes of the Touhou Gensou Houkai Series, thus breaking the 4th wall.

To anyone who's confused about this doujin's plot is that:

1. This all happens in one stable time-loop
2. That stable time-loop is exclusive to the minds of two girls; Renko and Marribel
3. The one who makes the dream is Renko, while Marribel made it reality, thus why "Gensokyo" is absorbing the real world. The dream is about to begin again.
4. As of this doujin, Kaguya mentions that the earth was created "Five Minutes Ago" by "Advanced Lunar Science". Disregard the science bullcrap because it's actually a mention of "Magic".
5. The book ends with someone from Gensokyo acquiring the first issue of this series, meaning everyone already forgot this book existed, which mean a long time had passed in-between.
6. As of what Kaguya had said and the statement above, the dream lasts more than 5 minutes in real time, and considering that Marribel and Renko is on a train from Akiba...
7. The train is a symbolism for crossing over the boundaries, as stated by the biography of Yakumo Yukari, where she alludes to train having the power to cross the border of worlds.

Conclusion:

1. Renko is having a wet dream.
2. Marribel enjoys said dream.
3. You may fap in peace now.
