I'm not that far into the game (maybe 8 hours or so) but here's what I've been able to make out of the story (which nobody will read):

These guys are all orphans who've grown up together in various facilities. At the start of the game it seems they're ready to "graduate" and are going on some kind of trip. They get lost on the way to wherever it is they're going, though, and while wandering through a forest at night they're stalked by wild dogs. After running away they end up outside of an abandoned elementary school, where they decide to hole up for the night (because, you know, creepy abandoned school > being torn limb from limb by bloodthirsty hounds).

The following day the girls are all feeling ill. While looking for medicine in the infirmary, one of the guys find a USB stick containing a movie. In it, a woman informs the group that they're playing a game called LOVE X HATE. The canned food they ate has been poisoned, but the poison only affects females. To counteract the poison the girls need to ingest a certain quantity of testosterone - in other words, jizz - every 48 hours or else they'll die. If they survive for 9 days, they get to go free.

It's one of those scenarios where the psychological stress of the situation in which the characters find themselves results in fractured relationships and generally fucked up behavior... as you can tell from the images.

The guy with the glasses (Eiji) and the girl with the purple hair (Ruri) are siblings.
