FWIW, his site are well as his Twitter (Office_Ohfuji) are regularly updated.

I am thinking the panty thing in this doujinshi could be a reference to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maboroshi_Panty, maybe someone able to fully read the text would have a better idea.
