Well he IS the guy that draws the Taimanin asagi stuff for lilith.. so yeah.. Maybe that would be the reason his workd reminds you of that. He is amazing, one of the best artists around imo.

I happen to know that the artist actually published and sell it in a comicon held in taiwan by reading pixiv posts.
