In case like this, saying someone's a racist really does nothing good but shows your prejudice.
I don't know exactly why they only upload Chinese translation, but it's not that hard to think of another reason besides "he's a racist".

Consider these:
1. It is a RESULT that only people who understand Chinese can read this. The uploader himself never tells you he's a racist or something so that you're SURE he is a racist.
2. They uploaded the translation on ehentai which is not a Chinese site. They also didn't upload the raw on Chinese forum.
If they're just racist, I don't see any reason causes the above facts.

One possible answer: The translation is their own work, but the raw is just a copy of the artist's work. So they share their own work BOTH on English and Chinese site, and don't share the raw ANYWHERE on the internet

As I know... every people have their freedom to upload what they want and decide which kind of stuffs they wants to share.
Uploading raw version is not a "must do" or "at least" thing

Some English translator also upload the English version only or first. Do you ever leave your comment to those people like
" you guys are fucking lazy and racist, how dare you to not consider other people who dont understand English?"
If there has language barrier between you and the comic, this is your problem.
Do not accuse people racist and try to respect other culture.

It is painstakingly for owner to scan and upload so how about show some respect instead of taking it granted and calling it racist.
Given that you have a problem to read Chinese,i would suggest you seek a polite way accomplishing your intention.otherwise..you should learn a second languages just like us...BTW i think the OP there is not the one having purchased the book.

as far i remember, chinese people don't share raws (music, videos, movies, etc...) from works that others have it... otherwise, they upload them and all will be fine... chinese uploaders surely has veeery cool stuff in their communities... but... well, you know... is in their rules, don't share...
