Summary, because why not:

Marina, the main girl, passed out and shit herself during a relay race during a school event. Everyone saw it, resulting in her getting a bad nickname and being bullied. After some time, they forced her to steal money from the blonde guy's wallet, and he caught her in the act. He decides to embarrass her for trying to rob him, so he blackmails her: she has to take a shit right in front of him, or else he's calling the authorities. After she fails (probably because of nerves), he decides to let her off the hook. As he's saying goodbye, he lets it slip that the twintailed girl put a laxative in Marina's sports drink, which caused the infamous incident; the shock of hearing this unclenches Marina's gut, and Marina decides to give the hush-up payment another go. Big Things Happen. Next day, it turns out that Marina's huge dump happened all over twintail's desk. Marina takes the guy aside to "confess" to the act and "negotiate" the price for his silence.
Oh, and the dude gets hard from watching Marina shit, but nothing happens.
