well, i for one like the idea of vore, but for some reason the focus tends to be on killing the person they eat rather than a full tour, or the more common one coming up the "Now that you are dead I dont even remember who you are"

but on top of that, this one has gore, and i say it again and again when it comes to that, what had to break in a person to get off on that.

Whenever you search, you can add a minus before the object to remove it from the results. For example, I always search english -yaoi, so I will get every english manga except for the ones containing yaoi. It is also your responsibility to read the tags before selecting the first image.The content markers are a warning as much as a search aid. Also, sadistic people get off on suffering, myself included.
i can assure you, nothing "broke" in me.

There's also a greasemonk script that shows the tags as a pop up when hovering the result of a search.

People can tell the tags using Tag Flagging - and CSS/JavaScript if hovering the mouse pointer over the flags is too much work. If more than 60 tagids somehow are in their dislike list, they might want to narrow it down.
