You mean the 3 long histories? They are here somewhere. I tried translating that, but limited japanese + too small letters didn't added very well. Aside from this, this guy still have a 2 page and a 3 page history as well, and I think both of them are translated.

Vorarephilia mostly is a masochistic/size fetish thing, so domination/submission usually is part of it, but there are lovey-dovey predator/prey associations as well - where the "victim" is willingly being eaten or exploring the eater's digestive tract (see Fairy Little series), rather than being forced into it. "Death" doesn't necessarily come out of it either. Like with everything else, it's all about how people (decide to) perceive the fetish, I guess.
