The corruption will be in the upgraded demo; it's not present in the current demo. The corruption sprites shown above aren't in the current demo, they'll be in the upgraded one.

We already got a new programmer on the same day, and the artist and new programmer are both fully on board, we've been doing weekly updates with animations, gameplay examples, streams, the works.
