@Samtron10000 Well if you're talking about the last panel, She appears to be a sub species of Calyptra Moths. Calyptra Moths have 3 very small extra eyes on to of their head to have a 360 view of their surroundings.. They are also omnivores, difference is they both suck flower nectar for sustenance as well as blood of animals.

Given this is a japanese hentai doujin it's safe to assume that this Calyptra Moth is a Calyptra thalictri, or Japanese Vampire Moth.

The light-haired girl is a mantis given the arms on Pg 7 and the palps/mouth on Pg 35. The 3 eyes along with their orientation on the top of the head is also a distinctive feature of mantids.

P.2 says that this village had an unknown pandemic disease. People thought it's the moths, the herald of the god of death and curse, caused the disease. So they offered the mantises, which eat moths, to the mountain god. Then the disease was gone.
