It is badly drawn! Surely even you can see that? Plenty of people into toned tummy, musclemen(bara) or crossdressing adult males. Far fewer are into eyes/faces that are clearly messed up, body proportions that change on a whim per panel or goofy facial expressions (unless that is their fetish).
If every doujin was 5 star top grade material we wouldn't need a 5 star rating system, but garbage like this exists and it needs to be rated as the garbage it is.
