@Summergraffiti Trace is way better for meta, true, but having a Synchronizer of each nature is useful to quickly capture a specific Pokemon with that nature without having to hack it or soft-reset it hundreds of times, since Synchronizers have a high chance of passing their nature on to encountered wild Pokemon. I caught a lot of Ralts and Munna with Synchronize over the years for that reason. And yes, Naughty can be a useful Nature for some specific Pokemon, for example a mixed Infernape, attack forme Deoxys or Light Ball Pikachu.
