This is definitely going to be one of Arai Kei's darker stories. I can already see Saki, the MC's older sister, becoming addicted to sex with Hiroki, the guy who beat her up (and the guy who apparently fucks his own sister).

MC tries to befriend the guys that beat him up, then raped his sister in the first chapter. He hates his sister and doesn't seem to care much for his girlfriend (Yuzu), either. He calls her a pig in his thoughts while fucking her and only climaxes when he remembers Saki's rape. He says he wants to turn their boring town into a farm. I have a feeling that every chapter after this is going to have no sex between couples. Mostly rape and incest. My guess is that chapter 3 will show those the three bullies fucking Yuzu with MC's assistance, as well as Saki somehow fucking Hiroki OR a flashback with Saki being raped by her father.

I should mention that Saki apparently told everyone that she got into a fight with the 3 bullies. She also told MC that the injury to her eye was from her falling while carrying him home. MC hasn't told anyone that he knows the truth of what happened that night.

I like Arai Kei's thick, bright-faced girls like Yuzu, his drawings of Fuuka from Yotsubato, and his rendition of Rihoko from Amagami. I wish he drew more upbeat stuff with those kind of girls, though I have nothing against these kind of stories as long as the plot is interesting.

I know it's his younger sister. I'm predicting that Saki, the MC's older sister, will get into a sexual relationship with Hiroki.

Actually the girl who has sex with the Hiroki dude in the later part is Hiroki's younger sister, not the MC's older sister.

Some of the characters look similar to one another, so it's easy to mix them up here.
