After a bit looking up, the problem is you translated "itte" to cumming.
Iku is slang for cumming, so is many other words which I suppose includes itte.
But for many case, you must first see whether it's literal translation make sense.
Itte means tell, thus this line should be

"I'm saying so seeing my hands are tied" (literally: I tell because I can't use my hands)

Oh wow, I don't know what drugs I was taking when I translated "いってるのに" to I'm cumming, probably just saw "いって" and decided fuck it.
