There's a decent amount of Artdude41's stuff on this site but I figured I might as well fill in the blanks with the two missing major comics (this one and 43 which I'll be uploading soon as well) and a few newer smaller requests/commissions.
If there's anything in particular you're missing that I don't wind up uploading over the next day or two let me know, but make it snappy as I paid for a month, it's coming to an end and I'm more than likely never going to subscribe to the site again.
Fucking guy has started 20+ comics and spin-offs and just never goes back to them, updates every week but they're 90% filler WIP character designs and other bullshit, and over the years the mainline comics have gotten longer and longer (this one is 185 individual fucking pages for a story that could be so easily conveyed in 60-80), almost all filler, so whatever, not worth paying for.

Thanks a lot, Five555. All material you can share of Carey, including WIP, will be really appreciated. All "free" material of Carey in internet is here in this page, so I think that if you don't see here something, you can share it because it´s not elsewhere.

I think the same about Artdude41. I was a member of StudioAD for more than a year, and even wrote a script for him that he made a comic (Hostile Takeover. Artdude only changed the ending from my script), but at the end, it was too frustrating to be waiting for a week for a few pages of an update, and then you see that most of it is filling material, character designs, the starting of a new comic that most likely is not going to be finished... Maybe in a few months I will pay again for a month of membership, download all I can from the site, and don't pay again for another year or two. I would gladly support Artdude if he were most regular with his comics, but I don´t want to pay every month if I must wait YEARS to see a comic finished and most of the weeks the updates are just crap. Problem is, the guy is an amazing 3D artist, but a terrible script writer. If he could find a good writer, his site and his comics would be just the best of the bussiness.

Echo the above comments... I was a member for well over a year before the updates finally made me give up.

It's just too damned expensive to have to wait a week (sometimes even more!) for half a dozen frames of a hundred page or more story.
Doing the maths it can work out to more than $60 - $70 for a single comic. That just can't be justified.

I wholeheartedly agree that the guy is an amazing artist! I have never yet found anyone to match him for the image work alone. The stories are fantastic - I actually prefer the longer stories as it helps to build up the tension and, to be fair, there are often side-stories in each one.

I made the same decision as others have. I normally join for one or two months, download everything I've missed and get a feel for where the next story is going then I cancel and come back again six months later.

I also agree that he desperately needs an editor. One whose first language is English, can spell and can punctuate correctly. I did offer my services FOR FREE (I am degree educated and a published auther) but he never took up the offer.

If he could only finish more stories quicker (taking up more suggestions) and get an editor his would be one of the best 3D sites in the world and I would gladly stay a member.

Often in the past he has also skipped a weeks updates because he wanted to finish a commission. That seems to me to be bad business logic.... You don't p155 off hundreds of paying customers in order to satisfy one!

qwertyse, I offered Ash to translate into spanish some of his comics for free, and even sent him a sample, and the guy didn't answered. The problem of Ash, IMO, are the scripts of the comics. At the end, the scripts of most of his comics aren´t real stories, but a bunch of awful cliches, mere excuses to show Carey being kidnapped and abused for no reason. And it becomes repetitive, again IMO. About the dialogues... Just terrible. Carey talks and behaves as a man!!!

The guy needs to take his own work more seriously, and a profesional writer to write the scripts for him. Not just random gruesome ideas from people like "Carey should be raped by nazi zombies" or something, but complete, profesional scripts. Maybe, the problem is that profesional writers aren´t free, and it´s cheaper to continue doing mediocre comics (even if the images are amazing), or just image sets without even texts or context, since there are always people that only want to see good images of a woman being eaten alive by a shark or impalled in a pole and don´t care about dialogues, stories and erotic situations.

Long live AD, indeed, but great 3D images are not comics. Real comics need good stories too.

qwertyse, i agree with everything you said. I subscribed for one month and uploaded parts 44 and 45 here recently. Given the pace he publishes new stories, i expect to subscribe again only by September or October, when reasonable amount of content will be available again. However, if anyone else is interested in posting new content in this period, i believe everyone will appreciate.

Also, DXTRO, i believe Ash would find a number of his fans willing to contribute to his scripts if he was open too. English is not my first language, but i worked with storytelling before and would gladly help. However, as you many other said, he's never open to these offers

rev25. Yes, I´m sure a lot of fans would be willing to contribute with scripts. But, even if Ash made a comic from one script I sent to him and, at some level, we collaborated, I think that what he really needs is someone profesional. If I were him, I would make a scriptwriting contest among the fans to see if someone have real experience in script writing, and would start a profesional collaboration. I think that he ran out of ideas time ago, and he's making mostly the same comic again and again.
