I'm gonna side with the camp that argues this isn't strictly NTR. To my knowledge, NTR requires the person stolen being aware of the act (hence why "guy fucking a married woman to orgasm in front of her husband" is the de facto story type for NTR). This is more like a dude that's pent up drugging his childhood friend because reasons.
