Ya it was from the booth or w/e DL website. Did extract it using multiple programs still got bad looking quality. I wanted to get a physical copy but I don't even think it showed up at Toranoana or Melonbooks. Think physical copy was event only. They do have one copy on surugaya/mandarake but those are just a rescanned copy versions and is 3000 yen :x so this is the best i can get for you guys without blowing a lot of my money.

Devildie maybe try asking genl he seems to have some way to extract things from DL website. Either way thanks for the upload.
