that wouldnt solve anything because the reason she probably came back is because they were done with her meaning getting a new Atago would just result in the same thing but beyond that what i assume happened in universe is that a group of people got together and methodically infiltrated the businesses for these games and created something akin to a backdoor so that they could preform operations not meant for the game under the guise of regular game operations. this means they do whatever they want and most importantly they spend no money doing it.

in the end while its sad that this happened im kinda happy with the ending because the girl literally couldnt do anything as she operates within the (highly advanced) game mechanics so if the game says "become a bitch" even with freewill that essentially like trying to fight the universe attempting physically and mentally rewrite your mind and the fate of most who are subject to a fate you pritty much outline cus nobody wants their girl to violated to such an extent by someone other then themselves and without their consent. this is a kind of bitter sweet ending.
