Lmao the futa tag kept being upvoted after user00's comment. Accuracy really isn't people's concern.

Also this doujin is absolutely marvelous. Definitely one of Ouma's best despite not being in color. Hopefully a top quality scan will show up to match with this gem and do it justice.

This guy did futa quite a few times and never made a shamale. Not sure why he made Koa a shemale this time instead of a futa.

It's tagged as futa on pixiv and melonbooks describes it as futa. The simplest explanation is that the artist doesn't share e-hentai's definitions of futa.

That was hot as fuck and beautifully illustrated, and what a silly argument over futa or not futa, who the fuck cares? This stuff was always called futa years ago, there was never an attempt to specify so much before- futa/dickgirls and rarely shemales, it was all used interchangeably when talking about 2D mostly
