I could be mistaken but I think these are the same raw. This gallery is smaller and has some denoise/leveling applied, but I think it's the exact same scan. If you look at the cover, you'll notice various hairs and bits of gunk that are the exact same between the two (exception: the other gallery has a lot of gunk on Eirin's face, but I'm going to assume that was cleaned manually). Unless something went disastrous during printing, hairs/gunk shouldn't be the same across two different scans.

This gallery definitely has more work involved to make it look nicer, but I don't think it's actually a better scan. Both galleries have visible bleedthrough and JPG artifacts.
