@lastperv We don't need a chapter 2 to figure out out because it's made pretty clear here (as nice as a chapter 2 would be). Kuronami hit Suzukaze with a broom so she could steal her uniform. On the last page, you can just barely see flesh coloring under Kuronami's skirt because Suzukaze was wearing a swimsuit and had no underwear to steal.
