I'm guessing it's done for extreme sensory deprivation and/or making her into a living sex doll. I mean, they even removed her ovaries, neutering her, getting rid of hormone spikes and period. At this rate, they might as well surgically remove all of her facial features (the 'last look' at the 6th image is kind of pointing to that). At least that whats come to my sick mind.

As for pipes.
* Pipes in the nose and nose removal means she won't need to smell, and pipes are used to provide oxygen without the risk of clogging of the air passage with nasal mucus.
* Pierced eardrums and removed ears mean she won't hear a thing and the fact there is a pipe means the eardrum won't heal over the weeks until they are removed. Additionally, these pipes might be used to provide liquid food into a DP gag (there are several holes in it) or as an additional air intake.
* Teeth, tongue and uvula removal means that she won't need any function of her mouth, even swallowing (hence the tongue removal) and DP gag will be a permanent attachment. Hell, with tube this long, presumably reaching up to her stomach, guess she can't even throw up.
