I think it'd be better to include the artist (milky?) name in the title. Also, Dolcett might be well known for works like this, but "Catagory" is used for how the work was release or where it came from (Doujinshi, Manga, Western, etc.). What you're thinking of is closer to Content/Fetish Tag, but although there's a "cannibalism" fetish tag, there's not a "Dolcett" fetish tag. There's not a specific fetish tag for the specific type of scenario that Dolcett is known for.

If you want to include the Dolcett name in the title to mark it as catering to that crowd, I think that should work (thought I'm not certain how Dolcett would feel about it), or you can include in the title something like "consensual cannibalism" or something to describe the fetish the work is aiming at.

Something like "[Milky] Dolcett Resort (Consensual Cannibalism)" should make it clear that the artist is not Dolcett, but the work is aiming at people who enjoy that type of content.
