It seems like girl is a quite pervert and has fetish of getting fucked while being watched/filmed (by someone he likes) and the dude haven't touched grass for quite while so maybe the girl thought he needs little push to come over and fuck her or something thus the livestreaming. However, the dude in last panel implies that he misses old version of the girl where they just hang and be happy or something. I think it's kind of netorare since the dude is a victim here.

Synopsis:

I think it's ambiguous what happens next. Maybe hikikomori leaves the house and meets crossdresser-san, maybe not. But the innocence is lost forever. Overall, pretty good.
