Why the low rating? Because wearing a character's wig and outfit doesn't magically make you look like said character. Also, as far as I remember Rem doesn't have any tattoos, although I must admit that she has a sexy body.

Funny thing, with those arrogant/aggressive eyes, I think she would have looked better as Ram.
