Kobe and his JaMaHeIn organization finally starts his attack on the "Friendship Park District." and Kazuya's plan to trap Kobe requires him to make a brutal sacrifice.

Sidestory 1: "A fantasy world where you can do what you want" still has rules to enforce.

Sidestory 2: That "spiritual counselor" from Ran->Sem (and that crossover with Rin X Sen)? And Doremi, who turned from a magical girl to a destructive flamethrower? See what happens to them.

Part 3 of this movie comes to a head; with Kobe witnessing the fruits of his efforts...
