@piespy - I guess that is due to the raws being used were mostly 2 in 1 page and for this one the scalation group preferred to put them on individual pages?

@Magi That wouldn't explain why the dwarf pages are half as tall, only why they are half as wide. They're shrunk by a factor of 2 in both dimensions, strangely.
