這是我第一個訓練的SDXL-18G類型LORA，基本沿用了過去的nbbqv3a訓練資料，不過效果意外的好所以拿出來與大家分享下載位置與操作指南。
This is my first SDXL-18G type LORA to train. It basically uses the past nbbqv3a training materials, but the effect is surprisingly good, so I will share the download location and operation guide with you.

主要概念區分為：
butchered,被屠宰：剛被殺掉放血膚色還正常沒被烤熟的女體。
bbq,烤肉：用來把女體變色成烤熟的顏色。
upside down,倒吊：單人或少人數時效果較好。人多時，可能會有肢體扭曲、手腳逆反之現象。

The main concepts are divided into:
【butchered】: a female body that has just been killed, bled, and has normal skin color but has not been roasted.
【bbq, barbecue】: used to change the color of a woman's body into a roasted color.
【Upside down, hanging upside down】: The effect is better when one person or a small number of people. When there are many people, the limbs may become distorted and the hands and feet may become reversed.

incision,切斷面(+身體部位如neck、leg、arms，並不穩定)
head impaled by metal pole,被金屬穿刺桿串刺的首級(可以切換材質為wooden也行)
hanged upside down,(倒吊起來)
cannibalism, 食人秀色(沒有直接對應的生成只是比較容易出現好的構圖)
Rope,shibari,bondage,繩索綑綁，現在除了金屬稈串刺外，也可以用木棍、兵器、十字架之類任何長條狀物體綑綁固定。

這是與之搭配的另一個老LORA翻新為SDXL pony對應款，兩腳羊before-after LORA。
It is also a renovation of an old work, an SDXL version of beforeafter LORA.

使用prompt基本與beforeafterv5沒有任何區別---不過現在upside down能用了，而且能夠對應多種不同的角度姿勢。
Using prompt is basically the same as beforeafterv5--but now upside down can be used, and it can correspond to a variety of different angles and postures.

這一"before after"LORA被區分為了三個關鍵字概念集：

【limblessbody, 】無肢身體，三個概念中惟一會生成正常膚色肉體在右邊的關鍵字。

【hangmeat,】吊燒，用繩子捆起來吊在半空中的肉。可以搭配綑綁關鍵字如bdsm、rope、shibari等組合。

【impaledmeat,】穿刺肉，被鐵棒或木棍串燒的肉。可以搭配關鍵字如iron rod, wooden stick。

共通的啟動關鍵字：【beforeafter, pov, multiple views,】

生成屁股朝向畫面的肉的關鍵字：【from behind, ass, anus,】

活用這些概念變換組合，此LORA將能生成"你輸入的角色在左、右邊則生成一個比照左邊該角色體型與乳量大小的兩腳羊軀幹"的中分構圖。

This "before after" LORA is divided into three keyword concept sets:

【limblessbody, 】limbless body, the only keyword among the three concepts that generates normal skin color flesh on the right.

【hangmeat,】hanging roast, meat tied with ropes and hung in mid-air. Can be combined with bundled keywords such as bdsm, rope, shibari, etc.

【impaledmeat,】impaled meat, meat skewered with iron rods or wooden sticks. Can be used with keywords such as iron rod, wooden stick.

Common startup keywords: [beforeafter, pov, multiple views,]

Keywords for generating meat with butt facing the screen: [from behind, ass, anus,]

By utilizing the combination of these conceptual transformations, this LORA will be able to generate a split composition in which "the character you input is on the left and right, and a two-legged sheep torso is generated that compares with the body shape and milk volume of the character on the left."

因為我的電腦性能太差，我沒有嘗試過其他畫風或角色LORA與本LORA的搭配使用效果，但理論上這些圖片的概念應該換哪種畫風都能穩定實現。如果有使用的心得、改進建議也歡迎提出。

Because my computer performance is too poor, I have not tried the effect of using other painting styles or character LORA with this LORA, but in theory, the concepts of these pictures can be stably realized in any painting style. If you have any experience in using it or suggestions for improvement, you are welcome to submit it.
