Originally Nia gave her the nickname Tomo, though it wasn't said in the comic that's just how he refereed to her in updates when posting, but he did officially give her the name Naoto (ナオト) and I debated between directly translating her name in some parts or to have it as "her" when the man refers to her so people wouldn't get confused about it being titled "futa-Tomo" but then her name being Naoto, but I felt he would think her name instead of "her", he only started having him directly say(think) her name in this recent update. As for the Dote-kun thing, that's slang way of calling him a virgin/man who has little or no experience with a women, it's not actually his name, sorry if that was confusing.
