Some thoughts on this... the artstyle varies, but it is overall great. Lots of sex this time... Page 124 Carey looks juicy, the entire scene between Cate and Carey is amazing. Cate could have gone even harder on Carey if you ask me.

About the story I dont know man. I know I am nitpicking on the story of a porn comic but geeeez. Given the quality of the optics it would be nice to have a coherent story to go with it.

The author simply cannot decide if Carey can actually escape an "inescapable" situation for the past 20 chapters or so. He needs to EITHER go all-in on the skill/luck/witch path. OR have her be human and go with her working with optical illusions, lighter bondage and release valves.

If you go with the first choice you can have her accept insane challenges while she is being arrogant about it. She can make the challenges even more difficult and dangerous on purpose. Like chapter 44 where she straight up challenges the police to tie her up with any device they have and still escapes and offers them money if they manage to kill her. Then you can have her opponents act like they actually want to try and kill her. Put a dozen handcuffs on her arms and legs, restrict her breathing, tie her to a 50 pound weight and throw her into the deep ocean. Or with these devices, heavy shackles, no release latch, locks outside, cage drilled shut while Carey's body is contorted to immobility. Something like that. It would work. Carey can challenge the AI to do whatever it wants to her and see if her witchcraft/luck/skill is good enough for the challenge.

But if you with the other choice, her being a normal human who works with optical illusions you CANNOT have her opponents tie her up and want her dead. You CANNOT have her challenge an AI that cheats. Does the AI want to kill them or not? If it wants to kill them, how about NOT supplying a "release latch" then? Or how about having the head cage jam by default. Same as with chapter 48. In the end it a device specifically designed so Carey can't escape it was a plot point. But the devices they used before had release latches... just remove the flipping release latches from the existing device and you are good to go?

The author can't decide if Carey can escape such a situation and therefore the actions of the other characters make no sense. Her enemies say they absolutely want her dead, but then put up the worst restraints known to mankind. This is just a mish-mash between the two that makes no sense.

Artdude's dialogue is a mess of bizarre grammar, porn dialogue and action movie one liners and all of it is in service of putting the characters in peril situations so dudes can jack off

My dude, beeing porn and having a good story isn't mutually exclusive. Quite the opposite, having both be good can enhance each other. And wanting a shitty story to be good instead is only natural. Ofc you can go to a random image set, finish in 2 minutes and move along, that's perfectly fine, I do that too. But this is a work with a story, part of why I click on it is the porn and part of it is the story. Saying we don't need to care for the story because it's porn is missing the point here.
