Artist's explanation of the ending: The part where “Rose Winters” appears at the end, yeah well, that’s from the future, well after this Resident Lust story wraps up. And yes, the baby that Mother Miranda hands over to Bela in the beginning is indeed that very same “Rose Winters”. I’ve got plans for that as well. It will be a whole separate "after" saga, which will also be connected in some way. I hope to show it to you in the future.
