You can tell this evolved quite a bit as the comic went on, from the bandana guy clearly just trying to escape while the carnage happens around him and the girls being disposable zako, to there being an actual cast of former villains working with him who become a harem. The happy ending was a surprise all the same, I think most of us expected bandana and maybe blue to live, but the others getting out was neat to see. I wonder what Beast Anime will do now this is finally done...
