@touhoufanatic cotrans.touhou.ai is what I use, from there you can probably find what you’re looking for.
That said… yeah there’s a reason why I don’t upload that stuff to what’s *supposed to be* a public library of sorts. So… use responsibly and all that.

This is probably best case use for machine translations. Something really long that has gone years without a translation and no one has shown interest in translating it. Like its shitty but there sadly reaches a point that its better than several more years of just hoping someone does something with it.
