As someone who found this comic while looking for torture porn, I've got to say that these yukkuri torture comics piss me off.

By the logic of Yukkuri abuse comics, the Reimu and the other yukkuri children did something extremely alarming. When a yukkuri reacts to punishment by never apologizing or acknowledging it did something wrong, it's irredeemable and will never grow up to be a good pet yukkuri. This is why their owner had gourmet food and orange juice with him, he expected Reimu and the others to understand.

The other thing was working together to try and harm their owner, which is probably even worse. At that point, they can't be trained, they'll never understand that they did something wrong, they have to be destroyed ASAP or they'll breed to create more yukkuris like them. The parents are well trained and have good behavior, which is why they are so upset and shocked that their children would act like this. They might even have expected their owner to dispose of the children.
