update: right now the asian porn category still esists so i assume posting asian porns won't violates the policy of this site. and i don't understand why it would be a problem if 40/100 of the galleries are real porns (although from what i see the number of real porns is not this high at all).
my opinion is that this particular gallery is erotica and it is distinguished from pornography. for me it is reasonable to be categorized as misc.

Somebody mentioned to me before that EH had changed their policies and decided to stop hosting Asian Porn, which I assume is why this is catagorized as MISC... Don't think that was the intent of the policy change.
Personally, I enjoyed the occasional occasional gallery of sexy Asian cuties as I browsed here in the past, and don't really know what the problem was with it, but it's not MY site to determine policy on.

The problem was that people abused the category. This is a hentai site, based around drawn images, and there were times when around half the galleries being uploaded were real porn. When you go to a hentai site and look at 100 galleries and a minimum of 40 are real porn, there's a problem.
