I don't know what you mean by "rewrite". I don't know if a translated version of this was available elsewhere but the one I uploaded is a translation I made myself.

I'm accepting suggestions about fonts and programs to use (better yet if they're free). I didn't expect any real quality from MS Paint (which is what I used) so....yeah, may not be the best that can be done but is the best I can do with the effort I'm willing to spend with the program.

From what I noticed, GIMP has a better text editor than Paint.NET but overall is really harder to get used to. Paint.NET is much closesr to MS Paint but the text tool isn't that good.

About fonts, I don't think there's really a consensus about which is better, just that there's always a better one. Anyway, thanks for the feedback.

Gimp is a decent free programm. Photoshop is one of the best programms out there, but sadly not free.
You can find some good fonts on sites like dafont[dot]com, simply look through the comic font categories. One free font that is often used for editing is AnimeAce for example.

While the AnimeAce suggested by Lapan is a free font, it's got terrible kerning (http://xkcd.com/1015/) for some letters (IIRC T and A). Wild Words is much better, not free but can be found quite easily online. Many translation groups have a tutorial with font packs to download, for example.
As for editing programs, many go for Paint.NET that is free and easier to use that GIMP, even though not as full featured.
