You may recognize Lilith as Suzuka Itsuki, who was also Rana and Beck Welsh in Maryou's other photosets.

leejunne, the second girl is Suzuka Itsuki - the same girl who cosplayed Becky in Rumble Roses sets (/g/714800/af811c9409/ and /g/727314/d389b64c2c/) and Rana in Maryou-san's Cattleya sets.
As for extra 3 photos (actually the set consists of 665 photos, not 666, therefore there are 3 extra photos - namely pic 1, 2 and 3), they are used as digital cover of the set and preface photos. That's why they have lower resolution than the other photos.
