Well I'm not familiar with this author so I have no clue how it'll end but I'm hoping for a happy one, the characters(brother and sister) seem mature a sensible enough to get one.

I think the brother being african is what they just called him because of his large penis. Also the way it was drawn is because the sister was turned around so she imagined him like that because after she was turned around, he was drawn as the skinny brother again.
