Which is only true because incest is one of the very rare tags that is exempt from the Presence Rule (along with other heavily triggerable tags such as lolicon, bestiality, or guro). The yuri, sister, and tribadism tags, however, are not exempt, and therefore should be removed since the first two only last for 1 page and the 3rd for one whole panel.
