Oh man, this dialog is hilarious and full of cultural stereotypes. On page 3 we have Iowa kissing the admiral in public, and the PDA totally shocks the Japanese ships ("Not in front of the little ones! Show some restraint!, to which Iowa says "This is how we do it in the States, we openly show our affection so everyone's happy." But then on page 4 the Japanese ships are all "So Americans fuck hard like beasts, right!" which makes Iowa spit out her drink, as they continue: "So Iowa, you must get all disheveled, clothes torn off and stuff right? Tell us all the juicy details?" "Wait! Chill out! Ok, I get it, you girls watch too many pornos. We're not talking about rape, but the sexiness that comes from mutual consent."

Basically saying what we've all learned from Japanese hentai, that while the Japanese are all reserved in public, in private the guys are total sex animals who expect some crazy stuff.

Of course they're lying to mess with her, as actual Japanese people don't really do all the stuff that is in hentai, but Iowa doesn't know that. Not to be outdone, Iowa bursts in on the Admiral and says that now that she's learned that admirals in this country are into some hardcore shit, she wants him to get his freak on with her. Admiral says, "Sheesh, you are one easily taken in girl. There's no way I'd be dissatisfied with you." "Oh Admiral, you are so sweet! But I just thought I could do a little more for you." And then they go at it like bunnies.

The joke at the end is that it was all being filmed, and one of the Japanese ships says, "We got some hardcore American ship girl footage! We can put this in a special report, just like you girls planned!" But all the Japanese ship girls who were egging Iowa on with their dirty talk react like scandalized pure maidens. "What's with that unexpected innocent reaction?! You all were completely inexperienced and just repeating stuff you heard about?!"
