Probably a higher resolution version can be found or obtained by scanning the original book,so if anyone has a higher resolution version they are welcome to post it to replace this one,also a couple of picture are missing.

You can buy used ver of this in suruga BUT if you can buy it from there, why put this under Western category instead Doujinsih and tag it as artbook?
