From a cursory reading, it seems like

#2 backstory is her mom died -> dad remarried -> new mom + kid ignored her -> got used to spending time away from home.

I'd watch that hentai. No overt NTR or rape, but I didn't translate and check everything, so it's not impossible... Considering the #1 girl is heroine from the previous work, we know she was previously raped, but she's already conditioned by this showing, so I suspect this tag doesn't work. No boyfriend shown either so NTR probably not appropriate?

I looked at LUSTFUL BERRY #2 and the protagonist is named Shuunichi Ibuki.

Looking at Jusei Ganbou Coloured Pages + Lustful Berry After character pages, Shunichi Ibuki is named protagonist of the story, childhood friend of Yamanouchi Hisako #1 girl.

The guy in this work is named Kuga-kun... He's not named in the character pages of people who've already fucked Hisako.

I can kind of see NTR in that they tied him up and made him watch, but that was something Sanae #2 girl explicitly said she wanted, because now that he's in on the secret, he has to join them. A situation which I don't think can be called NTR.

Series as a whole aside, Hisako's already into it at this point, so there are no depictions of rape in this particular work as far as I can tell. Tag is not appropriate.
