Now, as for this story... I cannot say I am a fan of ID-ED art style this time. Namely, if I didn't know this was supposed to be a One Piece work, I wouldn't have guessed it looking at the characters. Perhaps the plot makes up for that, but, well, most of us have a certain moonrune-problem, so... This work is from 2002/2003 and I think it shows that the artist style was not yet as good as their more recent works (see Ero-Sennin's scans of their 2010/2011 One Piece works at /g/793409/5be18fd493/ and /g/792743/1cb3207299/ ). Anyway, enjoy. More scans coming up soon.

For those who can read the contents, I wonder: is Kan-ro 21 a sequel?
