In all seriousness, does anyone know if this is some fan-made photoshop decensoring, or if this is from some kind of official source, like perhaps an upcoming Mangagamer release? If this is just fan-made, and there's no hope of having any kind of official english version, I might be able to put together a new version of the translation patch with these uncensored images.

This is a fan made decensor patch that was released years ago (2013, to be exact). As for an official release, my guess is it's possible, but unlikely. If Mangagamer does release an official version, my guess it will be the 10th anniversary edition of the game.
