I'm surprised so many people have jumped on this 'bandwagon' as it were.

A few years back I commissioned a series of several images featuring a Illithid and a Drow captive. At the time, I pretty much didn't see any erotica involving illithids on the various Rule 34 sites. Nowadays, as this gallery shows, there seems to be a lot of it out there (but as Mancath said, it could be one person getting the same idea from several artists, same as I did).

I recently revisited the idea myself with a couple of new commissions, and I will sometime in the future try to do the same idea in Poser as well:
