The economy is bad at the moment. There has been some major cut backs in the Galactic Empire spendings. And you know how it is, those at the bottom usually get shafted. So only helmets and boots are provided.

Thanks :) It's damn hard to find **good** Cosplay with nudity. All it ends up being is porn or very bad Cosplay. I cannot believe it actually it got favoured 62 times. Impressive, considering the content.
